Plan & Print was founded in 1982 by Frank Lipari Sr. with just two employees in a 1,200-square-foot facility. It has grown into one of the leading reprographic companies in Upstate New York. Plan & Print offers proven solutions for print, copy and document management. Today we operate a 15,000-square-foot facility off exit 35 on I-90 in Syracuse, N.Y.
